Just a big ass silver case, weighs a ton, but keeps nice and cool. Im saving up for one of those mini media centre PC's though, as having a big PC is a pain in the arse when it comes to LAN's and taking the thing onsite when fixing PC's Anyway, wheres your pic assembler? ;¬)
PIII/501.623mhz of sheer power 256Mb PC-100 ATA/100 card (120Gb (100), 60Gb (100), 30Gb (66!) WD drives) 5x DVD-ROM 4x CD-RW (Hope freeservers wont be a bitch)
Nice Xaser. Although I usually don't like their looks, I love their insides. Actually this black one you have is one of the few I find good looking. The others just seem a little bit too flashy for my taste And what is that to the left of the picture? A dog?
your picture won't show up Sonikku. Anyway, this is what I recieved today: once I borrow my friends digital camera I will post an actual pic of my PC as well as updates to my collection is the proper places in this site.
I got some parts from my dad to replace my P3-450. It's an XP 1800 with 512 of ram and a gf2 video card (not big on the PC games). It's all in this case: It's very quiet so I can :smt015 with it on. Not shown are my 20 year old Pioneer headphones nearly always plugged into the front jack :smt033 I also have one of these: which I recently traded a crappy Chinese P4 1.6 PC laptop which had a busted soundcard + $100 for, giving me a significant increase in portability and battery life, and decrease in overheated legs.
I'm at a LAN and I dont have my digicam with me, so I cant post a pic of my main PC right now, but in the meantime feast your eyes upon my laptop: (picture blatantly stolen from some Japanese website) A whopping 133mhz with 48mb of RAM! :smt024 (connoisseurs of The Boondock Saints will notice that that Schmecker guy uses a similar laptop)
I used to have a laptop like that but it was a 120mhz Pentium and had 16mb RAM. That thing was fast enough to run Genecyst flawlessly!! About my new PC Case: The display is to display Temp. readings. THe case is an Ahanix Black Knight. It has built-in fan controller to control the 2x 120mm fans and three temp. probes. I have them installed and my CPU is reading 36C. I really need to get a good heatsink/fan combo because I plan on OCing my CPU.
It's not much to look at, but cases that big are hard to get. It's a 3.2 P4 running on a an ASUS P4C800e deluxe. Swiftech custom heatsink 1.5 GIGS of ram Radeon 9800 Pro with Thermaltake Giant II 8X TDK +/- 52x Plextor CDRW 1.4 Terabytes SATA in an 11 drive array Antec Truepower 520 Bunch of 120 MM and 70MM lighted in the window.. and a chipset cooler (thermaltake as well)
One corner of my room, that shows my PC, the PS2 and the small TV. The PC is a: P3 600Mhz 512mb RAM Geforce 3 Ti200 64Mb But i already bought some upgrades. So, next weekend it will be: A new motherboard (gonna buy it this week) AMD Athlon XP 2800+ 1Gig + RAM DDR I'll wait more before getting a new videocard. That Geforce 3 works great on everything.
Just a basic chieftec matrix case with transparant side panel, also has blue led beam but that's only on at night. Not the fastest in the world but it works fine. (xp2000+,512DDR,GF4TI4200)
