Hi, im happy awaiting a Thermaltake Level 10 case. I start builing up my first watercooling system. The place for watercooling is very limited in that case. Thats because i start builing a external system. I just wonder what parts you guys use. I think german aqua computer is worldwide top? I use a Phobya 1260 with 9x 140er noiseblocker PK2 with aquaero 5 parts. Laing 12V, koolance and so... Will cool a GTX Titan, a i7 3770k and my corsair rams.
Here's my setup- gets the job done and then some. This baby handles standard 6L bottles and can do either frigid cold or piping hot dispensing. Self cleaning mode makes sure you don't have any of that nasty stuff growing in the system. To top it off, it's got attractive BLUE LEDs and an integrated 6 bottle WINE COOLER! Wow.
I was thinking the same thing... especially when he said it was cooling "a GTX Titan, a i7 3770k and my corsair rams."
Still waiting for new case, but here is it so hot and my gpu runs on 80° when i play. So i start connecting the gpu to the water system and i cant belive it... On load after minutes 32° idle 23° , before it was Load 80° idle 52° :very_drunk:
Mine is nowhere near as impressive as yours, but I'm rocking a Corsair H100i water cooler over just my processor at the moment, with the radiator replacing the 240mm top fan of my Obsidian 650D case, with 2x 120mm silent fans underneath, and 1x silent 120mm fan above (Unfortunately my mobo's power supply prevents me from putting in a fourth fan, and the stock Corsair fans are too loud). It keeps my overclocked i7-3960x @4.2ghz roughly at around 45 degrees with 100% load. My 16 gb Corsair RAM never seems to run hot (averages less than 30 degrees), so I've not bothered cooling them in any way. I'm thinking about cooling for internal drives, but again, the hottest they've ever gotten is 50 degrees, so I'm not too worried. I've not integrated my graphics card yet, as A: I'm not too comfortable with water cooling yet - this is first water cooled system, and B: My graphics card is a crappy Geforce GTX 560Ti 2048mb anyway, and not worth water cooling!
You try that with an overclocked system when the ambient air temps hit 110 degrees fahrenheit. Didn't work so well on my old laptop...
bad example, would not be practical to watercool a laptop anyway. back in my day if it wasn't glowing and still working, it was cool enough *insert kids these days rant* *blacks out snorring* Y2k!!! aaah! i've always had air cooling on my overclocked systems but well i live in Ireland so it never gets too hot lol living in Celsius land has it's advantages
So Jackhead, I raise you Blue Corsie, 3770k and a titan, runs no hotter than 60'c at 4.5ghz (yeah my silicon lottery really didnt pay of). Who said looker cant perform.
nice blue finish Hope i got my new case soon... 60° sounds little hot, but i think normal for a internal system. Did you OC your titan? I put it up to +184 Core (boost 1202), +250 RAM, +13mV runs perfect :wink-new:
na i left my titan alone. really dosnt need oc'ing. the reason my 3770k is so hot is i think i got crappy tim on the his. as its one of the first lots. (preordered it )
My CPU is running at a solid 50 degrees idle right now and is kicking out red hot air that is turning my bedroom into a sauna
nothing beat 9xNB pk2 :encouragement: , well watching anything us realeted. germany watercooling is on top.
