I recently tried to play Outrun 2 on Kai, but I selected live by accident. It went into the stock dashboard (Which I thought was broken because it wouldn't boot before.) to attempt to set up live. I restarted the console, and it went straight back to the stock dashboard. It won't boot backups/burned discs anymore, and I can't find my copy of splinter cell to re-mod it. Are there any alternative ways to fix this? There's no hard-mods but the HDD is a non-stock 80gb seagate.
Use the hotswap method make a xboxhdm dvd using the xboxhdm 1.9 files and in the directory of xbohdm linux folder put the Ndure 3.1 files inside the linux folder on the same directory of xboxhdm choose makeisowin this make a iso automatically burn that iso to a dvd but to use this you need a old pc with ide cable this way you can hotswap and install ndure 3.1 to your xbox when you boot the xboxhdm dvd with ndure on your pc on the xbohdm menu press pause on the pc do the hotswap then press enter,then on the xboxhdm menu choose option 1 when ask type xbrowser when in xbrowser look for the ndure 3.1 folder on the left side of the screen directory enter and select the ndure htm file press enter then on the ndure menu choose (option #2 replace c with ndure) on the ndure menu wait for to install when complete power off your pc and xbox reconect everything on the xbox the hdd should lock automatically you will see the unleashx dash. thats all.
If you can still boot games from cold boot, maybe try to repair your softmod by loading the exploit from memory card and reinstalling the exploit?
Or download a preconfigured softmod with files for C partition. Hotswap to PC then overwrite C partition with the preconfigured one.
