Sigma Raijin Questions

Discussion in 'Arcade and Supergun' started by The-Old-Arcade, May 10, 2008.

  1. A friend of mine wants to built a supergun based on the design of the Sigma Raijin.

Has I own a Sigma Raijin he's asked me a few questions. Whichi'm unable to answer for him has quickly as I'd like, due to my system being behind a heap of stuff in my loft making it hard to access.

I was hoping somebody here would have the answers to these questions.

    Question 1:

What do the switches on the top of the supergun do? (I'm refering the 3 switches either side of the supergun.)

    Question 2:

Can anybody provide pictures of this machine with the lid off showing the layout etc.

    Question 3:

What are the measurements of the supergun?

    Any help would be appericated.

  2. Ok I think I have the answer to the below question myself.

It would appear the switches are:

    1+3 or Off
    2+4 or Off
    4+6 or Off

Meaning if the later 2 are set to off, only buttons 1+3 would work.

I assume this is correct but would like someone to confirm.

    Cheers

I think they turn on/off turbo.

  4. Thanks for the reply,

I found a cool site I've looked at before but forgot about.

    http://www.vidgame.net/arcade/supergun.htm

So looks like that answered another question.

Now I just need to know the dimensions of the unit. Can anyone help?

Yes the switches are turbo. It took me a bit to figure that out when I first got my Sigma Raijin :banghead:

Most Sigma products have rapid fire on the controllers. I don't know if the Raijin has it, but the 9000TB has an analogue frequency dial. Pretty nice.
