So I have been searching a bit and I am very confused about this as Google keeps saying I need to run the KK exploit. All of this is on 21256.3 I want to move a game save from retail to dev but it is a CON file and as such I need my KV, Now I ran "Simple 360 NAND Flasher" which besides yelling at me about a few bad blocks seems to dump the 512MB NAND fine and even prints my CPU key, Next I load up "360 Flash Dump Tool" and give it the CPU key and open the newly made "flashdmp.bin" which is detected as "DevKit Trinity Final" but here is the problem, The KV is listed as "Bad" and in fact the whole thing just says "Bad Key/KV". And here is where I am lost as I am not sure if the CPU key is wrong or if the bad blocks messed with it or what. Even tried J-Runner which loads the NAND but it also seems to not be able to decrypt the KV as it dumps it as "KV_en.bin" EDIT: So I gave "BinCrypt" a try but it says "Invalid CPU Key Length" Seems it was the key that was the problem but then how do I get the right one? Welp to Google I go again!
Jrunner and all tools does the same thing for XDK's so no worries. They all come up as bad kv. Simple flash or flash360 Isnt the correct way to go about dumping memory from a kit, id say use HvXdump, it will extract the kv on its own anyway, no tools needed to open the bin or nuthin' It seems apps like flash360 aren't sure how to handle DEV nands, they just throw errors left and right. They *seem* to output a .bin but the result is a corrupted mess form what ive seen
I ran HvxDump as well but the kv.bin it gives me also makes CONSign and CN CON Resigner crash so I assume its cause its either messed up somehow or its encrypted. I read that HvxDump only dumps correctly on 20353, No idea if that is true but based on the fuses.txt saying everything is zeros im thinking I need to find that recovery.
I don't suppose you would have the remote or iso 20353 would you? Oh and know if it would work on a Slim.... that part might be important....

Found a disc marked K 20353.2 in my stuff, would this be the elusive wild 20353 you're looking for fate6 ?
I have both the remote and ISO if you need it and or anyone who wants them. Could always use HvxBootOS and run xell to get your cpu key. There are other ways of doing this (ie shadowboot), but no one really openly talks about it....
I have tried running xell before but it always crashes, I asked the folks over at realmodscene about it but was told I would need a dev xell or something, IDK it was a while ago. Anywhoo @XboxSurgeon I now have 20353 remote and iso thanks to @drahcir but the .2 yours has is always a welcome addition to my fledgling collection EDIT: Can confirm that HvxDump is working 100% with the 20353 recovery! Also took a look at the Kinect dash and realized that my old dislike of it was unfounded, It's leagues better than the metro dash IMHO. (Blades is still master race tho) EDIT2: So I tried a few CON signers and all fail with kv length error but Le Fluffie works a treat! And in case anyone is wondering what I was trying to do and why getting this save on my Dev was such a big deal... weeeeellllll... Spoiler There is also the fact that having my CPU key and knowing how to CON sign comes in handy but Kojima is more important <3
The reason most resigners fail is the fact most of them use the type 2 style to sign stuff. I believe xenon and dev is missing the hash at the block 0x0
