Our hero Alex looks a bit different in this build but then in those loading screen tooltip pictures he has his finalized appearance!
Very cool. Has anything been written up regarding the differences from the original? I can try to help with that if you'd like.
Nothing like that yet. I will be doing a video in the future going more in depth with the build. leftover cutscenes, audio etc.
Are you not able to save in this version? Also I don't remember the retail version allowing a first person mode. I could be wrong, though. That would have been great.
It shows an error but it does actually store the saves (although there is no main menu so saving is useless). The right analog stick lets you look around in first person, but from what i can remember the main game had that too.
I'll boot up my 360 copy of Homecoming in a bit to investigate. So it just boots up the that Streets section right after the Nightmare/Tutorial? I'm definitely interested in seeing what unused content is on that disc. Also I'm happy they went with Alex's revised model. He looks older than he should be in this one.
When you boot it up it gives you a debug level select with 2 options, one is after Travis drops you off and the other is the first time you enter Alex's house. I will be showing off stuff like that in the future.
