ebid seems to get love on both of those sites, does anyone have experience with them? Also ubid has 3rd gen iPod Touch's going for ~$190, seems like a good deal. Has anyone ever bid off ubid?
The only reason eBay sucks is because they're the biggest and thus the main target of piddle legal shit. I'm sure if Yahoo was huge here they'd have similar problems, at least eventually. Unless you mean dead to us.
