Same way twinkees and dell can be on twitter. The site is an entity of it's own, and related news is what it's about. It's not my personal twitter acct.
I don't have twitter but I actually think it's a pretty good idea. Maybe a group purchase? I'd be willing to buy one for a decent price.
 . Well after months of resisting against twitter i've finally signed up, another site that i'll be inclined to check as often as possible :banghead: . A few of the games company's tweets (is that what you call them?) seem quite good.
Assembler, I'am glad your filling us all in on the benifits of Twitters. I have heard alot about it, but I don't know much about whats offered over that way. I think its a blog isn't it? I only went there once, so I don't know much about it.
Twitter is basically a blog made up of text messages, like a phone. You can post messages from your phone. This is "tweeting". It allows you to update your twitter feed virtually anywhere. Most people have delusions of importance, and desire masses of people to follow their every move... lame. I use it to update on the workings of the site, and what projects are being worked on. I also plan to use to announce item addition to my online store someday. If you love tech items, most places have special twitter only coupons, like 15% off dell items, etc. It's great for bargain hunters, as is fatwallet.com
Following. Break through the social networking crap and it's a very powerful tool for advertising and marketing.
...and another method of information separation that devalues the internet as a reasonable and responsive information tool. In my professional opinion. :icon_bigg
