How do you decide if a request is made via a proxy? If you just have a list of public proxies or sth, OK, but otherwise it could mean no more workplace assemblergaming for quite a few people... And connections from cell phones are often proxied too.
Proxy servers and proxy websites are different things. I think hes probably talking about the latter, rather than the former.
