SKC 1000C Super Prologue 21 Repair Service in California Wanted

I've been trying to repair this beast since September of 2018 and have no luck
The fans simply are not spinning when the power is applied and now it doesn't want to power up anymore
Shipping would simply not be worth it
I'll pay for parts needed as long as a part isn't over 10 bucks
I can make exceptions however if it will resolve the power issue/fuse blowing issue
I'm going to be honest this system is quite complicated
It would mean a lot to me if I can get this awesome machine to work again

Btw I have about 50 pictures of me taking this apart step by step and I made diagrams of where all the screws go. I lost one screw for the ground on the metal bar so I took a screw from the HDD holder
