Slim Sidecar troubleshooting

I'm looking for the layout/orientation of the cables for the 2x7 cable(see below) as i had to order and make a new cable as the console never came with one when i got it.

Having an issue determining the layout the cables need to be so any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

I used another cable from a fat sidecar to power my slim sidecar. The cable is populated by 1-13, pin 14 is nothing and it is wired 1-1 2-2 etc. on both connectors.

 

I had gotten it semi functional with this diagram, as poorly made as it is red and blue are my first attempts and green are switches I made. but it either tells me i need to update the sidecar's firmware(which does nothing but turn the console off) or will freeze the console or RLOD.

why do you have switches? Thats going to cause shorts and fry the console or sidecar...

 

Why are you bridging those points? Those shouldn't be bridged.

 

switches as in i switched them. i was too lazy to make more than one image.

I'm trying to keep it simple, the connector should be facing that you can insert the wire from the number, and you wire it like so, put the #1 wire from the left connector to the #1 on the right, etc...

 

Follow this diagram exactly, note the orientation with NC and the clips to follow it correctly
