    Here is a video of a Dreamcast startup animation. It is filmed real time and not slowed down. The console has not been underclocked either.

    Please help it recover.

    wow, that's interresting.. i have seen something similar, when there is no gd-rom attached (resulting in a super slow running AICA-Chip, because it gets it's RAM-Clock from the GD-ROM basically). But in that case, audio would be super (funny) slow, too..

    Every other components gets it's clocking from the DC-Board, so i really don't know what's causing this right now :/

    I had this. Turns out i had dirty pins on the power supply board (sorry dont know tech name) instantly solved

    Wow.. these pins cause a lot of trouble.. normally they "just" cause random resets..

    This is not the case in this instance. Cleaning pins and connectors with alcohol was one of the first things I tried.
