As the title says it all, here's what I'm munching away on at the moment. Cream Cheese and crackers along with beer in a glass half made of ice. Perfect for summer days. Yakumo
Room temp pizza and water. You don't want to see a picture of it, it looks nasty. What can i say, poor college student.
Ha, I like the Japanese Nabisco saltines. Thinking of making a BLT on lightly toasted bread and adding ham, cheese, and a dash of marinade. This and Utz/Herr's Honey BBQ chips. If you haven't eaten them before, try to find them. It's totally worth it.
Haribo are fantastic. They're German aren't they? I think they sell them in pretty much every main country of the world.
Absolutely nothing... well nothing but black tea no sugar. I'm fasting at the wekends now (2 day fast) as allegedly it gives the body time to repair your damaged DNA. When you eat lots of protein your body is in go go mode replicating cells. Fasting gives time for error correction and as such significantly reduces the onset of aging and age related diseases such as cancers. The downside being it can affect concentration etc and black tea really isn't my cup of tea... but hopefully the torture is worth it. If you try alternate day fasting instead allegedly you generate more neurons so keep your faculties for longer but I'm not sure if I am ready to try that just yet. Some years ago I used to use Cron-o-meter, but then when I hit the gym hard and bulked up on my muscle mass, I gave up on that diet. I'm desperate to order a Chicken Vindaloo with some pitta bread and a popadom though -_-
Hopefully gonna grill a hamburger after airsoft. I can't eat before I play because sprinters must be light and run fast.
Milky Chocolate and some water. It's a bar that was hidden under some plastic bags. I really can't have any chocolate in home. I eat them all at the same time... Sometimes I get dizzy eating too much chocolate. So I drink water. The good part is that I don't get fat.
Not having it right now, but picked up a can of Apple & Kiwi Relentless Energy Drink yesterday. Boy, does it totally blow Red Bull out the water. Shockingly drinkable and at £1.39 for a 500ml can, good value too.
