Snes 1chip-03 No picture but powers on

Hello
I was attempting to do a csync mod on my snes 1chip-03 but I am a newb when it comes to soldering. So I fried the fuse a couple times. Replaced that and I also undid my mod but I cannot get a picture.
Would anyone who really good at mods and electronics fix my snes 1chip-03.
