Snes JR repair help needed

    What on earth is going on with those thick black and red wires on the second picture? I see hotglue...

    Also, I made a mistake before. Remove that wire going to pin 22 from 13. 22 is actually green out (my bad). one thing though.. that chip honestly shouldnt even make a difference, because as mentioned before, you get the RGB straight from the VIA's as already done in the rgb mod.

    Can you take a picture of the Multi AV pins on the underside of the board?

    Thats an temporary fuse mod, was on when i got it! I shall clean it up when i get it working correct.

    Star fox doesnt work niether mario rpg, but stunt race fx works? strange

    The blue wire is also wrong i checked that on another snes mini. But i dont know where it shall go? and 5v red is Csync

    I borrowed my My friends snes mini and desoldered the S-RGB chip completely and tried to run the machine. This one have the same RGB amp as mine. Without the S-RGB i got no image atall but sound.

    That's because there's no sync signal. That's expected behaviour. You need to wire up sync in order to get a picture. Solder a wire from pin 7 of the srgb chips' pads to pin 3 of the Multi Out pins (citrus3000psi also said this). You should get a picture without that chip soldered in.

    Do i need to rewire the scart cable aswell?

    Ive tried but still no image! Must have something to do with the S-RGB.

    Without physically being able to analyse the unit myself, I really don't think there's much more I can suggest to be honest.

    OOOPS i did it again! When i desoldered yhe chip from the other snes some pads fried:( It wasnt the same so everything works but composit doesnt work, which pin is composit?
