SNES kiosk instruction cards

Hi I'm looking for some information on this kiosk I found and if anyone can help me find the missing display cards missing behind the glass. I found one picture of this kiosk with the display cards in it but I'd like to find HD scans I can print out to complete mine. [MODERATOR NOTE: e-mail address removed. I'm guessing that's the "factory default placeholder" or whatever you want to call it, immediately to be replaced by whatever game would be on display? Best of luck finding it.

Failing that, something based on the "super power club" logo, witht the "club" removed", might look decent enough...?
