SNES Mini RGB mod gone wrong

Any solution? I am going through the exact same thing right now

 

Not yet. I gave up for the time being. While I was cleaning up the traces and being frustrated with the problem, I accidently broke off one of the legs of the CPUN like a moron. That's what I get for being up too late and trying out different solutions without a plan.
