Hi, anybody on this site have any idea how to get this cartridge working?
Model number is (1993 NINTENDO SHVC-8PV5B-01)

I need help getting this cartridge working. The dip switch settings are most likely for turning on and shutting off the banks. Zelda 3 A Link To The Past is only 1 Mega Byte total size. I have (4) 1MegaByte EEPROMS but when I program them and shut off banks 2 through 7 and put the cartridge in the NTSC SNES SYSTEM nothing comes up. What am I doing wrong. Anybody have an idea's?

    Thank You

    Nintendo

Take pics and trace what the DIPs actually connect to. What you described doesn't make much sense. Are you trying to put 3 other games on the cart? :/ The DIPs almost certainly do not control high address lines, the sockets will be predecoded to A[21:20]. The DIPs probably disconnect the SRAM's address lines to simulate a smaller size and just maybe if the board contains a PLD a switch shifts ROM address lines (and SRAM decoding) for Lo/HiROM.

Hi, what I'm trying to do is load just a single rom on this cartridge. 1MB EEPROM.
I have 4 Blank EEPROM'S. ZELDA - A LINK TO THE PAST - is only 1 MegaByte I need help figuring out how to make this cartridge work with my EEPROM'S. Any ideas? The EEPROM's I own are only 1 MegaByte in size Model number is
ATMEL - AT27C080 Which equal 1MB in size.
