I don't know about a Saturn one, but I also think there's no official book like that in stores. I would appreciate a non-official as well... By the way, the Dreamcast-book seems like it is only worth a purchase if you're a hardcore-Dreamcast-collector. It contains only 380 of the 595 jpn Dreamcast titles due to its release in 2001.
