SNES Supercic Trouble, did I blow it?

Hi you guys!
I am having some difficulty with my SNES SuperCIC.
When I plug in a PAL game, it shows it runs as pal. and when I plug in a NTSC game, it shows me NTSC.
However.. There is no picture on the screen.
The only thing I have had working is my Super Everdrive, but it didn't seem to function problably (Flickering screen, buzzing sound).
So now I am asking you!
I will post pictures of the mod below, but let it be noted that I programmed the PIC my self.

I got NTSC working, but PAL doesn't seem to read?

It all works now! Had a bridge on the second PPU
