i got a snes that will play some games but other games will play sound but have no video and some wont boot at all any one know whats wrong
Clean everything with 99% isopropyl alcohol, cartridge contacts, cartridge slot (google for how-to) and a/v port, then try again and report back. Sounds like a dirty cartridge slot.
Which games work and which dont? When you say "no video" are you getting a black screen, or no signal at all?
Ys 3 works fine but super mario world and radical psycho machine racing will play audio but have a black screen the tv is geting signal it dos the same with the rf out and a/v and then sim city and top gear2 dont do nothing just black screen
If the games are of the same region then I'd suspect the connector on the cartridges. Get a $3 cart screwdriver and give the edges a clean with a pencil eraser.
