So i got here an PAL 2 Chip Snes to repair but got to the point that im clueless what could be wrong with it.
It has Vertical Lines over the picture, at Titlescreen and Menus of a game its thin black lines, but for example in F-Zero its white lines on the background, but the Mode7 part of the game is okay!

I already recapped it, beside C59, which is a bipolar cap on this board and couldnt find a replacement in town (phased out at the stores close to me).
there have been 2 dried out caps atleast, but ye, no change.

It also got a Super CIC installed (not by me), but the install looks alrite.

Anyone got a idea what the problem could be ?

It might be quite an overkill solution, but you may try to resolder (renew the solder joints) the S-CPU, S-PPU1 and S-PPU2. I would just dispense some flux to the pins and heat up all solder joints ;) Be careful that you don't add some shorts between the pins and pads.

maybe a idea, but the super cic installer used alot of hot glue to fix cables, so i wont be able to reach all pins .... .

Looks somewhat like this one, check the traces around there this guy had trace damage http://youtu.be/fvXOWPn8YXM
Don't be put off by the fact this one looks worse at first, he fixes the traces one by one and it ends up looking very similar to your pics after he fixes the first 2

Oh this really looks similar, will check those traces tomorrow.

edit: seems im out of luck to be able to repair this, tooo much hot glue everywhere.
i can see a damaged trace, but cant see where it starts, thanks to the stupid glue all over.

and it seems to be really a trace leading to s-ppu-1, just on another side, somewhere between pin 15 and 30.

To remove the hot glue use some isopropyl alcohol,it will help to loosen it up.
