    Hi guys

After I managed to get my Mega Drive sorted, I am now onto SNES problems.

The only mod I have done to the SNES is 60 Hz.

However, when switched to 60 Hz, there is this weird noise in video signal, its quite annoying and detracts from game-play.

I am not sure what is going on here, when switched back to 50 Hz, the noise is gone.

Has anyone else experience this type of problem before? Any help greatly appreciated.

Can upload videos of the problem, if need be.

Also, console was tested using composite cables.

I have another snes console, which I could mod to see if the problem will be the same, but would rather ask here first, before desoldering wires from the chips.

    Thanks

Happens to my 60Hz modded SNES consoles too.
Some TVs don't like the signal as it still is PAL but at 60Hz. I'm thinking of adding another mod to force the video encoder IC into NTSC mode. I think more video decoders would play nicer with a 60Hz NTSC signal.
