SNESP .... not a prototype... but very cool

I've stumbled on this site when assembler had a PS2 Debugging on ebay. I hope its okay to post this here. Its not a prototype, but there are only a couple of these. -

I'm selling SNESP (portable super nintendo) made by Ben Heckendorn Benheck.com . I bought it from him in September and I unfornately need to raise some cash to pay bills so I've put it up on Ebay. I paid a little over $400 for it so I want to get my investment back. He used it for some of the pictures for his new book. Here is the link -

i like these prototypes/handmade things only problem i have with them is the way the modules are put in
someone should create a adapter or riser card so they do not have to stick out

Hey newby, you wouldn't happen to have one of Ben's 2600 portables you'd be willing to part with by any chance?

 

thats a good point zappenduster. It doesn't affect your game play to have the cart like it currently is, but it is more likely to get bumped if you decide to start walking or something.

 

nope, this is my only portable from Ben. He has his homemade Genesis system for sale at $350 and I think he is making another 2600 right now. I might have to pick up one of those genesis in a controller.
