Yeah, when we saw the ice storms in the US recently you do have to wonder about global warming claims, however the overall concern is that weather is becoming more irratic. When the Saraha has that icestorm, that's when I'll start worrying lol We could do with some snow here in the UK.... <off to snow dance>
I played Advance Wars till the power turned on/I fell asleep. I forgot which, but man, I suck at that game but it's so fun.
About 8°c greece...unfortunately i live by the sea so its VERY difficult to have snow...:-( But i am surrounded by mountains full of snow!!;-)
It hasn't snowed here in 6 years. It doesn't help that we're also in a drought. What's funny is that it's freezing for one week, then 85°F (~29°C) for one day only (two Mondays ago), then okay weather.
your still in Georgia aren't you? I remember back in april, ohio still had snow, but Georgia was a beautiful 85....
h: When I ventured outdoors today somewhere at 2 pm I noticed a small layer of snow on my bicycle, and on tree branches! Some actual snow! In Holland, unbelievable
We almost never get real snow here in my town, but every year around xmas when we get to below zero temperatures there's usually a mix of rain and snow (just found its called "freezing rain" on Wikipedia). Never covers the ground though as it melts quickly when it touches the pavement. The first and only time I've seen a real snowstorm was three years ago in Prague.
