Anyone else do any exploring in the snow? I usually hit Yoyogi Park on such a day, but am quite hungover. I did take a stroll around the neighborhood though. No pics that are particularly amazing, but a few decent ones I suppose.
Oddly enough it was like 14 degrees the day before... had to dress down when I got on the bike. By midday there was quite a bit stuck on the ground. Definitely enough for a snowball fight.
When I woke up and saw the blizzard yesterday morning, decided it was a good day to stay in and work on stuff instead of ventureing outside where all I heard was 3 hour delayed trains, traffic not going anywhere and shops closing early. Yamato actually came by and picked up 3 boxes I was sending out so props to them!
I actually took the Oedo line home, from Azabujuuban where it was decidely "not sticking" and popped out in Hatsudai where it was a winter wonderland. That trip is only 20 minutes too, so was kind of weird. No way it dumped that much in 20 minutes. Anywho, my neighborhood is very hilly. It definitely ruined a lot of people's days.
