So about those limited edition D Direct colored DCs

I'm looking at this picture, and the modem appears to be colored standard white. Is that really the case for those 4 D direct colored DCs (silver, black, blue, pink)? It seems odd since on many other special edition colors, such as the R7, the modem unit matches the colored plastic.





EDIT: I've answered my own question. The unit pictured does not have the stock black modem for the silver edition, for whatever bizarre reason.

 

Maybe tuned with the high speed "broadband adapter".

 

Or replace the missing modem with another white one..
