Which is likely just a machine thats part of a botnet.

this is normal, extremely common spam.

 

I get spam like that every day, take it with a grain of salt.

 

I know this is common spam. I just thought it was funny how the location given seems to be in a busy intersection in the world's religion capital. Go figure...
