graciano1337, are you wishing that was you in the middle? A little 4-on-1 action at the anime con? ;-)
I've been to one anime convention. And I have been scarred for life by what I saw. I saw trucks in Sailor Moon costumes. Never again...
Last year was better but I didn't have the digital. http://s63.photobucket.com/albums/h137/kazamayoshikuni/Anime%20Boston%202008/ nothing from this year topped this golden moment from last year But yeah...alot of those girls should've hit the gym before they hit the Con.... that or NTSC J has the opposite effect regular NTSC has and actually makes everyone look 10lbs LIGHTER
hmmm cosplay gives me the creeps. Heck I remember I was at Eurocon , that was fun until the dumbass Starwars storm trooper fuckers came by, and the local TV2 station filmed it. Of course Starwars belongs in a Sci Fi setting, but that shit shouldn't be around that con. And the same goes to Scientology who was at Eurocon too. But then again when they were gone (the Starwars idiots) it was fun again, and damn I got drunk after Eurocon was over. To me, there are no difference between cross dressing and cosplay, But I must say one thing. Let people have fun, whether a New Age joke of a so-called religion comes to a con or not. Or cosplayers come. And hmm would I be if I cosplayed ? well I would probably be some fat dude looking a lot like E Honda or some other fat guy.
Not as much as this one does. There are a couple of cute girls there. It takes some confidence to dress like that, even among your peers. Also, poor trigger discipline is displayed by everyone with a gun except for the person in the pictures with Link.:fresh:
I've been to only one, too, as a vendor selling crap in a booth. I wasn't scarred for life, but rather amazed by what goes on in the hotel at night. Someone should make a documentary. I mean, the seedy underbelly (no pun intended) of anime cons is crazy.
