I don't know why people are fooled by this, it's called Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Since the first one was apart of the Call of Duty series so that would mean it's sequel would be to. If you do a quick Google search you'll find that it is in fact apart from the Call of Duty series. It's just that people would refer it as "Modern Warfare 2" simply because it's a bit long winded to say, that's all.
for some reason the limited and prestige editions ony refer to the game as modern warfare 2 on the cases and the standard case indicates the call of duty
I'm hearing that the mags (certainly in the UK) may not recieve any review builds of this in their offices until pretty much launch day. I've got a feeling this may be available on the 'scene' before the mags get it! (Just like what happened with Halo ODST).
me and my mates predicted how much someone would buy a beta copy for so i told the guy in game my dad worked for IW and he gave me a Beta copy that had been signed. the guy in game offered me £5000 for it. we made a deal he would see me with the disc the next day for the exchange...... now i can never show myself in my local game store
