So I've gotten back into Streaming and Youtube

Always could use more people tossing me some feedback on my videos and shows. I'm trying to get better at being somewhat informative and entertaining. I'm also trying to find better software to use for my shows. So far, only Skype can actually get the live audio and video needed for a few of the roundtable shows I do. I really want to find some better ones to get somewhat the same effect, specifically for my Pass the Controller show.

Also, I could always use more people to bring on my shows and webcasts. Video games can be a fun topic with people who know about them haha.

(Google plus annoys the hell out of me though. It won't let me change my username on youtube without changing my Google Plus profile name... which only allows "real" names. Blech)

Unfortunately, the youtube exporter is being a pain in the ass again, as is Windows Movie Maker, so I can't seem to transfer it into an easier viewing format.

Oh, also kept the stream going afterwards and discussed a variety of topics ranging from MMOs to tabletops to pro gaming to marvel and comics!

I broke up that After Hours video into smaller portions according to topic in the Highlights section of my channel.

Well, since Twitch has just fallen downhill like an avalanche since Amazon took them over, I've now moved on to hitbox.tv

Jumping online for some matches with friends in Smash Bros! Got 9 matches in this video, and no, I don't win them all

I've been trying to work on my video editing for this, and I think it turns out rather well compared to my earlier stuff. What do you guys think?

 

Two new videos! This time, I have some Splatoon for everyone. Picked it up on release and dove right into the first two zones in story mode.

 

I'm very disappointed in twitch ever since they announced they are banning people from streaming Hatred. Its a pointless empty gesture used to cover their own asses. The best part is the ban doesn't even make sense because its supposed to be only games officially rated AO and Hatred is not actually fully rated. I'll be avoiding twitch as much as possible from now on, or at least enabling adblock for it.

Yea, Twitch is a pain in the ass. I've since moved away from them to Hitbox.tv, and it's worked quite well so far. I just can't change the title of the thread
No artificial bandwidth throttling for non-partners!
Granted, I've mostly been just recording my stuff and editing the video to clean it up before posting them online.

Honestly, the main reason I even used twitch early on for my shows was because OBS, for some reason, didn't record the sound for the video file. Eventually, it fixed itself somehow, and now I just go directly to video and not having to deal with Twitch the middle man haha.

 

Newest video is up. Part 3 of the Let's Play Splatoon. This time, its story mode zone 3!

 

Tried out the Ranked mode in Splatoon. Turns out the game mode is rather different than what I had gotten sued to in the Regular Matches! Feel free to laugh as I get my butt handed to me by people who actually know how to play.

 

Now to break from the Splatoon videos a bit, and go back to my gaming discussion show! Audio Lounge this time around
