Has anyone ever heard of or seen one before? In the mid to late 90's, my cousin had one. The Solar Boy is a basic solar panel power attachment that allowed you to play Game Boy on the go without batteries. It would attach to the bottom of the original Game Boy with a loose wire that would connect to where an AC adapter could be plugged in. If memory serves me right, the device also had a pair of stereo speakers. Searching for it online, I've come up with nothing but links to Boktai.
Is this it: Brand new for 8 bucks on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/NAKI-SOLAR-PAK-Game-Boy-Charger-Battery-Pack-SEALED-NOS-/380300698735
That's very similar to it, thanks. The only difference is that the one I've seen had the solar panel at the center and small speakers on the corners.
