wow! i never knew gradius made the step into 3d. still loves the old 2d style gradius better though.

It uses a unique wireing harness for controls, and uses a medium resolution monitor. So, no, it won't work with a supergun. You'd have to make a custom control setup and find a monitor capable of syncing 24kHz (a fairly-easy to find NEC Multi-Sync II does, IIRC) to use it without the cab.
