[Solved] PS3 Guilty Gear XRD Rev 2 patching , not allowing me to switch to Rev 2

hi members , i am having a problem with PS3 Guilty Gear XRD Rev 2 patching. I have all the patches and installed them and when i load the game through Multiman Network and get in the game i then go to the settings to switch to Rev 2. Interestingly there is no option to do this , i will leave a pic of what it should look like below. As well in the 'Hot News' part in the game it says thank you for obtaining Rev 2.....weird

 

either the dlc is not the correct id as game or its not properly cracked

 

hi fx , definitely the ID for the Patches and Game match. Also i have achieved this on another of my PS3 Consoles , i'm not sure what is preventing it working on the PS3 i'm working on.

i have SHA-1 compared the Patches and they match so they're not corrupt , i have even tried a different set of Patches obtained from another source still no dice........

 

update........i did it people ! , after working on this on and off for about 3 days i got Rev 2 running. I will reveal the process tomorrow as i really need some sleep , but yeah really stoked right now.

 

ok i'm back a little late but i'm here............

so i have got Rev 2 running on PS3 below i will leave on how i did it.

install the game Patches

V1.01
V1.02
V1.03
V1.04
V1.05

then install.....

GUILTY.GEAR.Xrd.REVELATOR.[NPUB31806].GOLD.FIX.V2.pkg
GUILTY.GEAR.Xrd.REVELATOR.[NPUB31806].GOLD.FIX.V3.pkg

when they have installed test that the game has been activated to Rev 2 , this can be automatic like it did for me or you can switch it over in the games System Settings.

if all that goes well proceed to install the rest of the game Patches
