    Some questions

What are all the pre-PS2 Cross/SN/Psy kits out there? Well besides the Mega/Sega CD thing, unless you have real info on it.

Theres a Psy-Q for SNES, MD, 32X, SAT, PSX and N64? Are there only one of each or do they have multiple revisions? I'd expect some revisions with the release of HiROM SNES games etc. I believe I've seen 16M and 32M MD Psy-Qs but I'm not sure if they're just expandible.

SNASM is SNES/MD/Amiga? How much RAM do they come in?

    SNASM2 is SNES/MD?

What's the difference between SNASM and SNASM2? Are the cartridges compatible?

How many revisions of the Cross ISA card are there? Are any hardware specific?

What is modified inside the Psy-Q Saturn? Is there an extra board? Where does the Mirage connect?

PSX Psy-Q is just a compiler and dongle? Is the dongle for the parallel port or memory card? (Where does it connect) and does the Psy-Q have computer connectivity through the dongle? I thought there was a Psy-Q gamesharkesque device too... am I wrong?

N64 Psy-Q is what? Compiler, "SN systems RAM cart" and "SN systems Maestro"?
Theres no N64 "Psy-Q" hardware is there?

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
NON Cross etc questions, this board wont let me edit my title...
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Does anyone have info software wise on 3DO development? I'm curious to know if there are any third party compilers/assemblers.

What exactly do the "development" or """""Debug""""" (super quote unquote) 3DO do?

Aynone wanna post a list of 3DO development manuals? Or anyone know sites that focus on 3DO development?

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

PCFX development hardware? Has anything surfaced? I know that a gigantic PC-FX "development kit" archive is floating around the 'net.

with Psy-Q Saturn I saw two types - one with SCSI board inside where it connects to PC and the other with interruption wire hanging out in front but otherwise stock standard? There was another Psy-Q Saturn someone mentioned that looks dead stock standard with no sign of modifications...

What is modified inside the Psy-Q Saturn? Is there an extra board? Where does the Mirage connect? <----- inside psy-q saturn is scsi interface to psy-q emu card(isa in pc) than useing scsi hdd to emu ,

PSX Psy-Q is just a compiler and dongle? Is the dongle for the parallel port or memory card? (Where does it connect) and does the Psy-Q have computer connectivity through the dongle? I thought there was a Psy-Q gamesharkesque device too... am I wrong? <----PSY-Q on PSX just compiler the dongle is software lock and developer ID , why did not see psy-q hardware for sony ?like PSX CD EMU,PS2 DVD EMU all make by SN,
but sony relabel it to DTL-HXXXX ,

N64 Psy-Q is what? Compiler, "SN systems RAM cart" and "SN systems Maestro"?
Theres no N64 "Psy-Q" hardware is there?

I see... so that board is for intercepting the CDROM for ext. i/o. Is the Cross Saturn is different than the Psy-Q Saturn or are they the same?

So when did Cross become SN Systems? This whole thing is very confusing due to lack of information.

I opened one of Psy-Q Saturn with SCSI port at the side and from memory the board was different from the one in the picture...

i believe as psy-q saturn came in few different version can't say for sure whether they are the same as cross one... also the psy-q saturn with scsi port has no region mod...

at one stage I was building full psy-q kit but after searching for blue dev cart for ages I gave up and sold the rest of kit on eBay... and I got corss cart.dev rev.b instead... :p

i don't think hi-rikcy's picture shows psy-q saturn or at least not the one I had before...

Psy-Q dongle is for a PC?

Does the CD emu connect to a PSX console or only ISA card?

Huh? All Japanese model 1 Saturn have blue buttons

He said his was the Cross one.

What does the Psy-Q's "SCSI" connect to the one on the side of the case? I thought everything was done through the blue cartridge?

Also what is the Psy-Q DB25 <-> DB25 adapter for? (It connects between the Psy-Q cartridge and PC)

Don't feel bad the bump, I never had any substantial answers so I hope when people can answer, they do!
