Definitely an angry rant from someone who thinks they have it all figured out. Booooooo!!!! Hissssssss!!!!!!
Ah Richard Parlament one of the angriest people I know. Cool dude tho, one of the few people I can disagree with and not be enraged.
Quoted for truth. What a dick. Well, he can be entitled to his opinion but what a load of rubbish he goes on about. People collect because they feel the need to. Or maybe they're filling a gap from their childhood like me. I buy the stuff I have now because it wasn't possible to do so as a kid.
What I don't like about his videos, is a lot of it is just the garbage that seems to collect views. This video, case in point. "Hurr durr, it's a video about an angry rant about something! People watching youtubes love angry rants!!" I mean, it's so easy to tell when videos are just shat out because something is popular so videos about said item just gather views. Angry rants, Does X suck, anything apple, "technology reviews", (and many more..)..these are all things I am so tired of seeing. It's all the same crap that youtubers pounce on because everyone seems to watch it.
Also, these "types" of videos have always exagerrated thumbnails. That, plus the title, usually helps me avoid watching them.
Actually it's very handy, you can spot most of them quite easily =P Problem is they popup in my recommended videos all the time. They reaaaally make me wish Youtube had a "downvote" button or something, so I can say no, I'm not interested.
You can if you click the 3 vertical dots next to them when you hover over it (at least on PC). Then click "Not interested" and finally "Tell us why". Also it's been known for a while that YT's recommendations are broken. I just ignore them most of the time. Although a few times it did get me to watch a video...
That's the kind of rant I hear from people who wants to buy a game in certain condition and it's too expensive from what they expected. But the video is still entertaining, I don't regret the minutes spent watching it.
