A quick analysis of the screenshots:

    badsectors2a:

0xB5110 - 96-bytes of subchannel data for sector 02:38:02 (absolute MSF)
0xB5170 - 24-bytes of sector header data for sector 02:38:03

A sector+sub is 2448 bytes. 0xB5170 is therefore 303 sectors into the disc image. 0-299 is audio, 300-301 is padding. Dreamcast ISO9660 image starts at 302 sectors into the file, which is probably at LBA 11702 on disc. We are probably looking at LBA 11703 at 02:38:03....

    0xB5188 - Offset 0x800 (2048) in IP.BIN - sega license screen data

    badsectors1a:

0xC19E0 - 96-bytes of subchannel data for sector 02:38:23 (absolute MSF)
0xC1A40 - 24-bytes of sector header data for sector 02:38:24

A bit further into the file. The zeros might be padding somewhere in the path table / directory area of the disc, and I am not sure what the data in sector 02:38:24 is...

    Cheers!
