A panasonic Q has a digital out?
With the chip I can play all games (Jap, US, PAL) on it?
Has it all features and connections like a normal Game Cube? So I can connect a GameBoy Player and so on?

 

It has digital out.
Jap and US games are fine. PAL games it's best to check they allow 60hz, the NTSC gamecube lacks PAL color (50hz mode needs that expensive component cable to look right)
The same modem or broadband. Uses rare modified GameBoy Player.
