There is a real Gameboy Color DDR game. When my mother severed her achilles tendon a few years back she bought an excercise bike to help rebuild the strength in her foot. Anyway, for some reason the bike has a built-in Playstation controller - there are six or seven buttons on each handle and a pad cable hanging out front. Sadly the pedals aren't hooked up to anything or you could make a mean Prop Cycle conversion.
