Something I have never seen in a saturn game case

Looks like someone cut it out of a instruction booklet and stuck it in to me.

 

Cutting on the bottom looks ghetto as hell.

 

Isn't/wasn't SegaSoft the PC arm of the company and nothing to do with the console side of things anyway?

 

No that's normal for this game. It's the original case is all.
