I was on the bus home from school today when I turned to put my bag on the shelf at the back. My waist and Knee cap moved but my foot didn't. The result was a pop that hurt like hell and im almost unable to walk. It feels very "tight" slight bending inwards feels extremely tight and like it would be painful. extending is also the same. I attached a pic because it feels and looks extremely swolen. I can't tell if its just swelling or if its legitimately hurt.
Typically that results in a twisted ankle for me. Probably just pushed a few tendons beyond capacity. If it still hurts and doesn't get any better within a week I'd go get it checked out. Alternatively if it gets worse get it checked out ASAP.
Yeah, I don't think there are too many medical doctors around these parts >.> The best you're going to get us is take it easy and play lots of video games. You should really go to the doctors though.
Ah k. A little update. It blew up like a balloon last night with the swelling, I couldnt bend my leg at all. I woke up this morning and much of the swelling had gone away how I still cant really walk on my left foot despite the swelling going down as it still hurts like it did when I first hurt it.
