That's not a double sided GDROM, it's a normal GDROM with no print on it. I had one myself a few years back.
Yep just a so called "silver" due to the fact it has no label. Unlikely to be anything special, as Yakumo states just GD Rom with no label.
These type of discs (no label) are part of a test run right before the final discs (with label) were being pressed. So basically many -if not all- of these 'SILVER' discs contain the exact same code as the retail version. That being said, it's still a nice collectable and quite rare too.
