Anyway, I assume the first time you are talking about is the old Sonic Cult admin "PACHUKA"? While what he did was wrong, you can hardly call that paedopholia. (though my memory of this is very fuzzy) And this second time, Sonic Retro's "Tweaker"? ... apparently there is more to it than what people are reporting. you should not assume someone is guilty until it is proven. Either way, neither of those two incidents have anything to do with being a Sonic fan. I also feel that this topic is very inappropriate.

Rule 34 on Creme. That is the problem. Though obviously not 100% of the Sonic fan community is into rule 34 on Sonic related characters.
Most of the people who are really into the Sonic games (and by that I mean spend their free time debating whether Super Shadow could beat Super Sonic) even after all the terrible 3D games with the stupid convoluted storylines, or god forbid, the ones that first got into the series in the 3D era, are idiots and/or furries, though.
IIRC it was "digital penetration" of who turned to be his 16-year-old girlfriend, if that clarifies that. In that instance, I'd feel that's more US law being absurd than a serious pedophilia subject (In many other places, 16 is considered above age of consent). Pachuka's done worse (not referring to anything sexual) things than that that he never got thrown in the slammer for. No comments on anything else.
