So I thought I would show this off with hopes that someone knew more about it or had software for the PC side. Basically this is an Atari dev board for the ZN1 arcade platform. It has the same top board as Primal Rage 2 and the same PSX CPLD encryption chip (but lacks the CAT702 security chip..however that's been dumped), so in the future this might be able to run primal rage 2 with some tweaking.

What I know about the board is it has a SCSI board that connects to the main board and lets the board talk to a PC (with software). The CAT702 chip on the main board is SC01 which I'm assuming is Sony Computer. We are thinking that the SC01 is a generic/dev chip rather than a dedicated chip that others use. All other security chips on this have different names like Atari is TW (time warner), Capcom is CP, etc. The main board lacks the bios that a normal board would have, however the bios seems to be on the SCSI card. The bios makes calls to the CAT702 and if I put the Atari bios on there it red screens, which we are assuming it isn't matching the CAT702 chip. Currently the board goes through the rgb screen, but just stops after that, or you can go into test mode. I'm assuming it's waiting for something...like a call from the PC or something...I dunno. If anyone has any info or the PC software, that would be most appreciated!

In pic #3 this starts to look like a PSX. Is it one? :p

This arcade board set is based off the PSX architecture, yes.
