Hello all, I have come across an interesting piece and I know someone here is more likely to know the difference than anywhere else on the net, save devnet. ;p So, I was looking at a tool that someone was showing off, and here are the differences I can tell - the model # is "DTL-T10000 H A" now this is one I had not heard of before. To add to the mystery, the back of the unit has one major difference - it has 1 of the 3 card slots filled with an RS-232 DB9 connector. Has anyone ever seen one of these and if so can you tell me what is different about them? All I could think of was perhaps they can take a proto controller, like the proto PSX controllers I've seen with serial ports on them before, but that just seems silly. Any info appreciated. Regards, npt
The 815VE SBC PCI card (with the Celeron 5xxMHz) comes with the serial port on a second bracket. The SBC manuals for the boards used in the Tool old: http://lorezan.free.fr/ps2/PCI-586HVE-S-M1.pdf new: http://lorezan.free.fr/ps2/PCI-815VE-MAL.pdf
But what is the difference between T10000H and T10000HA? Thanks unclejun as always. What is the difference between a DTL-T10000H and DTL-T10000HA? Does anyone know? Regards, npt
I think that's the only difference. The last setup.pdf I have has been published in march 2004, it does mention the T10000, the T10000H and the T15000, so I assume the T10000H A is not worth mentioning in the docs for the game developers...
Thanks for the informative post! Thansk a lot for the informative post uj! Wow. Anyway, if ANYONE out there knows the difference between a T10000H and T10000H A, please let us (me) hehe know. Regards and thanks for ANY tips or guesses, npt
