    I know some people think the PS3 Dev Kit is gorgeous, but I think it looks like a defunkt Betamax toaster, so my guess is a PS3 PA would look similar. However, I'd not say no to either!

    Trace data on this unit is incredibly detailed, highly technical and beyond this mere mortals understanding, however the GIF trace is quiet incredible. Here is a trace produced on 2 titles. The first is 'Metal Gear Solid 2' (you can clearly make out the bridge of the ship in the very first scene).

    The second is from 'Eden', showing the main character looking skywards in order to show the depth of field this provides.

    You can select the particular aspects you wish to save, then view them using a 3rd party plug-in (which is bundled with AProbe):

    This clearly shows the 2 images (one of the game itself and the trace GIF on the monitor). Please note this is NOT traced in realtime as the data must be saved.
