    But for last few months sometimes I found some questions how to UnLock Demo PSV.
    So, I decided to translate and repost this Mini Review here, as extension of my PSV DevKit Review.
    To this question did not arise here in the future.

    (First Part : Sony PSVita PDEL- 1001 DevKit.)
    These Wi-Fi Only Demo Units are setting up by retailers at Sony Demo Booths in various Game Stores to demonstrate PSVita games.
    Demo Unit Differences (From Retail PSV):
    * Cap's Design: for the PlayStation Vita (Game) Card slot and PlayStation Vita Accessories Slot.
    In retail, in both cases, there are used self-cap for each jack. In the Demo version, both slots are closed one monolithic cap;
    * SoftTouch coating Demo Unit'a PSVita, more "hard";
    * Demo variation of PSVita, is intended to illustrate the PSV Games/Movie PlayBack. All other functions are blocked in Demo Mode (Demo FW Limitations).
    * For the creation of this Photo-Set were used:
    1) Retail Version Of: PSVita 3G/Wi-Fi, PSVita Gravity Rush (Promo);
    2) Retail Version Of Nokia N-Gage Classic.
    Archive with all images from this Photo-Set, you can download >here<.

    (On this photos U can see PSV Demo Unit PCH-1001 with FW: 2.12.)

    UpDate: Sony PlayStation Vita PCH-1001 Demo Unit (UnLock).
    (Press Power Button To Boot In Demo Mode. => Push Together For 5 Seconds: (L) + ® + (Start) + D-Pad Up.
    => Got Retail PSVita (Before 1st ReBoot)).
    (On this photos U can see PSV Demo Unit PCH-1001 with FW: 2.61.
    Soon It would be Updated (From "Recovery" Via USB Using Sony CMA In Demo-Mode or "Normally" via Wi-Fi From Retail Mode) to FW: 3.00).

    No. All Extra features of Demo Unit U can see on last two photos of this review.
    Package Installer is only on Dev Kit Models (PDEL-1001) (And maybe on some ReFlashed with Dev FW Retail PSVs):

    Not possible but yes there is a way of getting to it on retail but it still requires the correct license files for anything installed to work

    @DirkDagger Have you heard you can get *Package Installer on Retail firmwares? If so do you know the button combo or method to getting it?

    There are _NO_ any "IDU" or "Package Installer" features on Retail PSVs. U _CAN'T_ UnLock them with any codes.
    To get access to this settings, just buy Demo Unit (for "IDU") or Dev Kit (for "Package Installer").
    As abt reflashing Retail PSVs to DK at home, U can forget abt this 'till Vita will say "Hello World!" :)
    (Or U can get SCE Developer License of course and ask abt Retail PSV reflashing here: http://www.scedev.net/psvita/)
    Good Luck! -_^
