Sony PVM-14N1U

I was looking at this on ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/SONY-PVM-14...596834?hash=item5d6bcda162:g:Te0AAOSwa~BYS4z4 and was wondering what peoples thoughts are on this PVM monitor. I am considering buying it.
Couple questions though. What do I need to hook this up to an old console: PS1, Saturn, SNES? Where would I get the hook ups? Are PVMs really that good for retro gaming?

 

Its not an RGB capable model, which defeats the purpose of why these units are preferred.

 

Here is the back of one other one I'm looking at, I believe it's the same model. Is this one RGB capable?
