Hi! I have tried to mod my 14N5U to Accept RGB in. I have added all the missing components on the Q board. As best i could. I have added the switch and the cap to the main A board. j101 j102 and j103 are all none existante as it has input A and B from the start I waited an eternity to get the RCA jacks. Now when I assembled it all, i cant get a picture. composite showes something on A and B but mostly black and sound. RGB just buzzes when i switch on a console. No sound and no picture. If i remove the new RGB connector nothing happens. If i remove input B nothing happens. (connector inside) if i remove A the TV wont play sounds (5v is on input A so it shouldnt work) So I need help. Have I missed something on the mainboard or are the new transistors on the Q bord messing things up? If someone have an Idea I will give all the info I can. And if I succeed I will do a full writup on how to mod the 14N6U
Hi there, if you'd like people to help we need a little more info to go off of: 1. What was the operation of your CRT before you did this mod? What inputs does it natively accept? 2. What guide or instructions did you follow to do this mod? 3. Pictures and video are worth more than a thousand words. if you can upload some, it would really help. Those three things would go a long way to getting a reply and some serious investigation into a repair

Pictures... I forgott that i added a tactile switch in the front. Had to cut out a hole and olso cut around the flexible plastic in thr front to make it usable.. think thats it.
