Sony PVM2130QM + Genesis RGB Scart slight flicker issue HELP!

Hi Guys,

I recently picked up a Sony PVM the output looks great when I connect it to my Amiga or SNES, however when I use a SCART RGB cable with Genesis, there is a slight flicker near the top and bottom. It is very slight,, no discoloration or other effects. You can only notice it if you look carefully.

Anyone know what might cause this or what could fix it?
